Returns & Refunds

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return it to us within 14 days for a refund, in-store credit or an exchange, unless the product has been bought on sale, products cut, made to measure, or special orders.

If you wish to return any products, please ensure that you are in contact with us prior to returning the item.

To qualify for a refund, the items must return in the original condition with all the tags and packaging intact and items unused.

We will not pay for any postage charges that may incur when shipping return products back, and you are to obtain a track and trace which is to be emailed to [email protected].

Damaged labels, yarns or modified products will not be accepted as a return.

Return yarn will be weighed to ensure it is the same weight as it when it left us.

Any yarn or product that does not match the current batch number in store will not be given a refund or exchange.

Sale items, products cut, made to measure, or special orders, cannot be returned or exchanged unless agreed by Little Boutique. Return payment will be given as this original payment method of sale.

Faulty goods will be replaced, if possible. If replacement is not possible we will refund the item in the same form that the payment was made.
