A ribbed aviator hat with ear flaps and tie cords with knitted pompoms.
Worked in one piece starting with the knitted pompoms and working up to the crown.
The pompoms are stuffed with poly fill to give a neat finish.

TENSION: 22 sts and 30 rows to 10 cm [4 ins] over stst on 4 mm [6 US] needles.

Honey       2  50gm balls
One pair size 4 mm [6 US] knitting needles and 3.25 mm [3 US] double pointed needles and small amount of poly fill.
